Chimney Fire Safety Week
For those who are already burning firewood, smoke less fuel or coal chimneys are a part burning fuel that must not be forgotten about!
4th To 10th September is Chimney Fire Safety Week this aims to raise awareness of safe chimney use, including the importance of ensuring that chimneys are swept regularly, are clean and appropriate quality fuel is used.

One of the key points to avoiding a chimney fire is burning the correct fuel.
That's why all our firewood is predominantly seasoned Ash, this is the Rolls Royce of the firewood world! You can be assured there are no softwood or poorer quality hardwoods which buried under a layer of nice looking logs!
The logs are kept in our yard for over a year in tree forum then processed by hand into the bags this assures there is no rubbish and only quality logs in the bags! Which are then seasoned for onwards of over a year and a half!
